About the Role

As a key member of the Security Team, the Campus Security Specialist will play a vital role in maintaining a secure campus. They will also serve as a positive role model, promoting healthy relationships with students.

Responsibilities

• Monitor visitor access to ensure only authorized persons enter.
• Watch for disturbances and assess danger, calling for assistance as necessary.
• Perform routine interior and exterior foot patrols.
• Enforce student conduct and discipline code, issuing warnings as necessary.
• Assist local law enforcement and district security in enforcing policies.

Requirements

• Previous safety and security experience required.
• High School Education or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft programs.
• Ability to be on feet for long periods.
