Fiesta Parker
By Connor Tien, DougCo Social · Updated July 2026
Saturday, August 22, 1 to 7 p.m., downtown Parker turns into a street-wide celebration of Latin music, food, and culture — three live bands, Lucha Libre, mariachi and dancers, food from across Latin America, and one very good reason to buy your ticket early: every adult ticket enters you to win a trip for two to Jalisco, Mexico.
The essentials
What Fiesta Parker is
Fiesta Parker is a family-oriented, all-ages festival that turns downtown Parker into a celebration of the music, food, dance, art, and culture of Mexico, Central and South America, and Spain. It's a signature event of the Parker Chamber Foundation, coordinated by the Parker Latino Business Committee, and it's ticketed and capped at 3,000 admissions — a real festival, not a sidewalk sale.
The whole thing runs on the Parker Station North Parking Lot at 19751 Mainstreet, with entry only at Mainstreet and S Pikes Peak Drive. It happens rain or shine, so dress for the day.
The grand prize: a trip to Jalisco, Mexico 🇲🇽
Here's the part that makes buying a ticket feel like a lottery ticket. Every adult VIP or General Admission ticket is automatically entered into a drawing to win a 4-day, 3-night trip for two to Jalisco, Mexico — plus a two-day tequila distillery experience at Tequila Reserva de la Torre, an award-winning reposado.
You don't have to do anything extra — the adult ticket is the entry. Children's tickets don't qualify. The giveaway is presented by Tequila Reserva de la Torre and Cencalli Taqueria and Agaveria.
