A free workshop blending gentle exercise, creativity, and social connection in a supportive environment. Includes guided movement, breathing activities, and light theater exercises, allowing participants to explore movement without memorizing routines. Each session is designed for all mobility levels, fostering self-expression and connection among people with Parkinson's disease. Hosted by Lone Tree Arts Center in partnership with the Parkinson Association of the Rockies.
