City of Lone Tree Fall Festival 2026 at Schweiger Ranch

The City of Lone Tree and the Schweiger Ranch Foundation host their annual Fall Festival at the historic, working Schweiger Ranch, Sunday, October 4, 11am-3pm. Free and open to the community — no tickets required.

Pumpkin patch, petting zoo, vendor tents, food trucks, live bluegrass music, games and self-guided tours of the historic house run 11am-3pm. Story time and marshmallow roasting are at 11:30am, 12:30pm and 1:30pm; guided historic ranch tours (meet at the back porch) run at 11:45am, 12:45pm and 1:45pm. Wagon rides require pre-registration and are already sold out for 2026, though standby spots may open up day-of with no guarantee.

Guest parking is at the RTD park-n-ride lot directly across from Schweiger Ranch, with limited handicap parking and family drop-off at the Schweiger Ranch lot; golf cart shuttles run from the RTD lot. The E and R light rail lines stop directly across the street at the RidgeGate Parkway Station, and Lone Tree's free Link on Demand rideshare also serves the ranch.
