Colorado Highland Games 2027

The Colorado Highland Games return to the Denver Polo Club, 6359 Airport Road in Sedalia, on Saturday September 25 and Sunday September 26, 2027. Saturday runs 9am to 8pm and Sunday runs 9am to 5pm, per the organizers at scottishgames.org. It is about 30 minutes from downtown Denver and 15 from Castle Rock.

The games are put on by the St. Andrew Society of Colorado, which has been bringing Scottish culture to the Denver metro area since 1963. It used to be called the Colorado Scottish Festival, and it is run entirely by volunteers.

What to expect, based on 2026. Scottish heavy athletics, competitive piping and drumming, Highland dance, clan and genealogy tents, whisky seminars, a Celtic concert on Saturday night, the Parade of British Dogs, a British car show on Sunday, and a pen of Highland cattle. The 2027 schedule and lineup are not posted yet.

Tickets. 2027 tickets are not on sale yet. For planning: in 2026, adult admission was $25 for a day or $45 for the weekend, children under 7 got in free, and day-of parking at the gate was cash only.
