A four-course dinner under the open sky at KB Ranch, a working ranch in Castle Rock. Chef Juwanza Thomas of Southern Jewel Hospitality builds a surprise seasonal menu, and this night is beer-paired: a craft beer from Castle Rock's own Alidade Brewing matched to each course. Golden-hour Front Range views and communal tables. Come early to meet the Highland cows, sheep, goats, and mini donkeys. Presented with DougCo Social. 21+. $120 per person ($5 reserves your seat, balance invoiced the week before; sales close 48 hours out).
