Progress (July 2026): The patio railing is going in out front along Mainstreet.
The SuBourbon on Main (SuBourbon Bar & Restaurant, est. 2026) is a whiskey bar and restaurant under construction in downtown Parker, at the corner of Mainstreet and Pikes Peak Drive in the former Parker Chamber of Commerce building. A "coming soon" banner is up on the brick facade, and the space was still being framed out as of early July 2026.
It shares the old Chamber building with Rugby Scott, the family-owned butcher next door, which has talked about eventually adding a rail to connect through to the space. Menu, hours, and an opening date have not been announced.
