📍 Local Insights

☕ Open to Everyone: You do not have to live at Lyric to visit. The cafe and restaurant welcome the public, even though the pool and fitness center are residents-only.

🍸 More Than Coffee: A full liquor license means The Groove is a real restaurant and bar, not just a morning coffee stop. Come back for dinner and drinks.

🎨 Catch the Mural: The 60-foot Magik Studios mural runs from the patio into the cafe. It is worth a look on your way in.

💻 Work From Anywhere: Floor-to-ceiling windows on the east and west sides keep the room bright, and there are outlets throughout, so it doubles as a solid work-from-anywhere spot.

🌳 What Is Coming: The 80-acre High Note Regional Park is rising right across the street, set to open in 2027 with athletic fields, a dog park, a food-truck area, and a 200-seat beer garden.
