Owned by Bri and Jacob Blaylock — the same family behind the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory Café in Suite 820 — Griddled is their second concept at the same outlet center.
The menu splits cleanly into handcrafted crepes (sweet and savory), pressed paninis on ciabatta, custom espresso drinks, smoothies, and 16 specialty caffeinated drinks. Many savory items are offered as either a crepe or a panini — same recipe, two formats. Tagline: Peak Flavor, Pressed to Perfection.
