Who's Behind It
The news first surfaced on the Instagram account for Lark+CO, a Denver-based event-planning and design company. Its owner posted: "Big News! Something Delicious is Coming to Castle Rock soon! I am so excited to share that I'm expanding my entrepreneurial journey into something a little different and a whole lot more delicious! As the owner of Lark+CO I have spent years networking, building relationships and creating experiences. I am now bringing that same passion for hospitality and connection to my newest venture with GRAZE CRAZE."
The post describes Graze Craze as built around "beautifully crafted charcuterie and unforgettable grazing experiences," suited for employee appreciation events, weddings, store events, birthdays, anniversaries and other celebrations.
