Saturday, Oct. 24, is the last day to drop off a coat at Outlets at Castle Rock's Big Jack Gives Back coat drive. The giant pumpkin display itself, billed on its own signage as Colorado's Largest Pumpkin, is sticking around through the end of the month.
Meet Big Jack
Outlets at Castle Rock's on-site signage lists Big Jack's stats:

- Width: 16 feet wide
- Weight: 1,500 pounds
- Favorite treat: candy corn
Big Jack sits in the center court near H&M and Banana Republic, flanked by a hay-bale display and lit-up "BIG JACK" letters. From Oct. 1 through Oct. 31, shoppers can also join Big Jack's Great Hide-and-Seek Adventure, hunting for 12 hidden Hobbit friends around the shops for a prize.
Today's the Last Day for the Coat Drive
The Big Jack Gives Back coat drive, run with Coats for Colorado, started Sept. 26 and wraps up today, Oct. 24, 2026. Every new or gently used coat dropped off at Customer Service earns one entry into a drawing for a $1,000 Outlets at Castle Rock gift card. Per the official rules, a winner will be chosen randomly on Monday, Oct. 26, 2026, and must be able to claim the prize at Customer Service within a week of notification.
What Else Is Happening This Weekend
Boo Bash runs today, Saturday, Oct. 24, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., with candy, costumes and family activities. A Yoga Flow with Big Jack x lululemon event follows Sunday, Oct. 25, from 9 to 11 a.m., with a free all-levels class, complimentary local coffee and a lululemon shopping experience.
