RN Program Coordinator

About the Role

The RN Program Coordinator at AdventHealth in Parker, CO is responsible for ensuring effective communication among healthcare teams and providing updates to patients and families about their care. This role develops discharge planning protocols and coordinates appointments, ensuring patient safety and continuity of care.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clear communication among healthcare team members.
• Coordinate patient transfers within the facility and to external locations.
• Develop and implement discharge planning protocols.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care.
• Assess patients’ readiness for discharge.
• Provide therapeutic interventions such as IVs and medication administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s of Nursing (Required)
• Registered Nurse (RN) License (Required)
• 1+ years nursing experience in an acute care setting (Required)
• Basic Life Support – CPR Certification (Required)
• Master’s of Nursing (Preferred)
• Previous leadership experience (Preferred)

Compensation

• Base pay: $73K - $136K/yr
