Part-time Clinical Pharmacist

About the Role

The Clinical Pharmacist will provide safe, timely, and cost-effective medication therapy while engaging in direct patient care and interdisciplinary rounds. This role also involves supervising pharmacy technicians and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Educate and counsel patients on medication use.
• Engage in direct patient care and interdisciplinary rounds.
• Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff.
• Monitor medication orders and patient profiles.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Licensed Pharmacist (RPH)
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• 1+ year hospital experience preferred.
