Senior Manager, Service Design

About the Role

As a Senior Manager, Service Design, you will engage closely with leaders across various sectors to create a culture of transformation. Your role involves blending research, strategy, and design practices to enhance decision-making and service delivery at Schwab.

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify points of friction and opportunities.
• Collaborate with business partners to provide a holistic view of client request lifecycles.
• Analyze operational and customer data to build business cases for change.
• Design and facilitate workshops to co-create future strategies and concepts.
• Use visual tools to simplify and present complex processes and systems.
• Align stakeholders on current state problem definitions and future vision.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in service design or related roles in complex technology landscapes.
• Strong facilitation and collaboration skills across multiple teams.
• Ability to manage work plans for multiple projects effectively.
• Excellent analytical and creative thinking skills.
• Strong visualization and design skills, with experience in tools like Figma or Adobe CS.
• Effective communication skills for delivering complex information.
