About the Role

The Geotechnical Engineer will work with an interdisciplinary team to perform engineering analysis, design, and estimates. You will be part of our Infrastructure Design Department focusing on various disciplines, including geotechnical, structural, and roadway.

Responsibilities

  • Provide project support during the proposal/bid phase to identify and evaluate innovative design solutions.
  • Work with the pursuit team to identify key design risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Develop design recommendations and produce design deliverables for EPC/design-build projects.
  • Train and develop staff engineers.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering or closely related field required.
  • 5+ years of relevant geotechnical design engineering experience.
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer in the U.S. required.
  • Experience with transportation and infrastructure projects is a must.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
