About the Role

This role works collaboratively with educators, families, and student support teams to ensure that students receive necessary services for academic and social success. The pathologist will develop and monitor individualized therapy plans tailored to each student.

Responsibilities

  • Assess speech, language, social cognition, and assistive technology needs of students.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans and interventions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to address student needs.
  • Participate in MTSS and RTI processes as a member of the Student Support Team.
  • Utilize technology and evidence-based practices to enhance student learning.

Requirements

  • Colorado Department of Education Special Services Provider License – Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
