In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing an engaging instructional program that fosters student growth and achievement. You will work in a dynamic environment that encourages innovation in teaching methods.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement problem-based lessons aligned with state standards.
  • Plan and implement engaging, student-centered Spanish language lessons.
  • Integrate authentic cultural materials to enhance students' understanding of Spanish-speaking cultures.
  • Foster a language-rich classroom environment where Spanish is the primary mode of communication.
  • Encourage students to develop oral proficiency through structured conversations and debates.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance instructional strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid Colorado teaching license with a World Languages endorsement in Spanish.
  • Strong content knowledge in Spanish and effective instructional practices.
  • Excellent classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive, student-centered learning environment.
