Responsibilities

• Collaborates with families, physicians, and other providers to ensure optimal clinical services.
• Completes written documentation in accordance with department standards.
• Independently evaluates patients in specialized programs across inpatient and outpatient units.
• Achieves departmental financial budget targets.
• Demonstrates leadership and participates in systematic professional development.
• Provides education and consultation to families.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science required; Doctorate preferred.
• Two years of professional experience as a physical therapist.
• Adolescent sports medicine experience required; experience in treating performing arts athletes preferred.
• Basic Life Support certification required.
• Physical Therapist license required.
• OCS or SCS preferred.
