Orion and CSS Demand Management Manager - Level 5

About the Role

In this role, you will lead the demand management and supply planning team for the ORION program and Commercial Civil Space. Your mission includes ensuring material availability and coordinating supply chain needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support material requirements planning interface with program or IPT lead.
• Lead material status meetings with product teams to review material availability and current shortages.
• Validate procurement delivery dates and impacts on production schedules.
• Communicate critical supply chain needs to stakeholders.
• Facilitate non-support burndowns plans and actions to mitigate material shortages.
• Prioritize items through receiving inspection to ensure timely processing.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in material planning, procurement, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of material requirements planning and supply chain management principles.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, such as SAP.
