Manager - X-Band AESA Product Development Lead

About the Role

The X-Band AESA PDL will own the technical performance, cost, and schedule for the X-Band AESA activities. This role involves leading a cross-functional team to design and deliver the primary payload of the RF system.

Responsibilities

• Lead an interdisciplinary team in the design and development of the X-Band AESA Payload.
• Coordinate with various system leads to ensure seamless integration.
• Conduct trade studies and risk analyses to protect the schedule and budget.
• Provide direction and mentorship to team members.
• Act as the primary liaison for program status with stakeholders.
• Partner with various team leads to enable successful program execution.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or 8+ years of related experience.
• Experience with earned value management principles.
• Ability to manage cost, schedule, and scope.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain Secret Security clearance.
