About the Role

This role involves strategizing, creating, and executing communications for employee experience events across Lockheed Martin's U.S. Space sites. The person will partner with various internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and create communications content for multiple channels.
• Field content ideas and requests from HR stakeholders.
• Review and manage the Employee Experience budget for strategic alignment.
• Consult and coordinate with Experience POCs for event execution.
• Support other duties to meet communications objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, or related field.
• Five+ years of communications experience with strong writing skills.
• Demonstrated stakeholder engagement skills.
