About the Role

In this role, you will assess patient conditions and needs, developing individualized care plans. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring optimal patient outcomes throughout their treatment.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and needs through comprehensive evaluations.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress continuously.

Requirements

• 1+ year medical surgical experience
• Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS)
• Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
