About the Role

Second-in-command to the Restaurant General Manager at a brand-new Castle Rock restaurant from Upland Brewing. Covers inventory and ordering within budget, hiring/training/scheduling, BOH oversight, and managing group business plus special events.

Responsibilities

Support the Service Manager, Supervisors, and Team Members
Manage ordering and inventory within budgetary compliance
Recruit, hire, and train team members; produce weekly schedules
Ensure back of house consistently meets company standards
Plan and execute group business, special events, and buyouts
Drive guest traffic via local marketing and promotional activities
Resolve guest dissatisfaction in accordance with company standards

Requirements

Be 21 years of age
At least 3 years of FOH operations and/or supervisory experience
Knowledge of service, food and beverage operations
Understand cooking times, temperatures, and processes
Math skills for financial statements; able to operate cash register and POS
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds; stand for long periods

Compensation

Base pay: $52K - $57K/yr
