A guided bourbon tasting at Cherokee Ranch & Castle with Colorado bagpiper Scott Beach, exploring how grain, region and process shape bourbon and how it differs from Scotch, Irish, rye and Tennessee whiskey. Five tastings with charcuterie appetizers; cash bar. Doors, bar and tours 6pm, appetizers 6:45pm, presentation 7:30pm. Business attire encouraged. Reservations non-refundable.
