Pelvic Floor 101: Health Workshop

Parker Parks and Recreation's Specialty Fitness series presents Pelvic Floor 101 at the Parker Recreation Center, a 60-minute workshop on understanding, assessing, and caring for the pelvic floor through guided education and gentle awareness exercises. Open to all levels, no prior experience required. Instructor Dr. Kylie Faildo, PT, DPT, is a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist and owner of Jeen Pelvic Therapy. Registration required, $7 resident / $8 non-resident.
