Unified Development Code Open House
Wednesday, August 26, 2026
5:30 PM - 7:30 PM
About This Event
The City of Lone Tree is writing a new Unified Development Code — the single document that will combine land use standards, subdivision regulations, design standards and development regulations, and set the rules for how land gets developed across the city. It builds on the recently adopted Lone Tree Elevated Comprehensive Plan.
This open house at the Lone Tree Arts Center on Wednesday, Aug. 26 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. is a self-guided walk through interactive stations on topics that shape daily life in Lone Tree — development design, parks and open space, parking and mobility, and more. At each station you can ask questions and leave feedback that will inform the drafting of the code.
Residents, business owners, developers and community leaders are all invited. RSVP is requested. Drafting runs December 2026 through August 2027, with final adoption expected between September and December 2027.
