A gentle, creative movement workshop at the Lone Tree Arts Center designed for adults at any stage of Parkinson's, run with the Parkinson Association of the Rockies. Runs 60 minutes; wear comfortable clothing and supportive shoes. There is no cost to attend, though a $25 per-class donation is suggested. Reserve your spot in advance.
