Summer Sunset Concert + America 250 / Colorado 150 Drone Show at Civic Green Park

The Highlands Ranch Metro District and HRCA close out summer at Civic Green Park on Saturday, August 22. Ninety2K, Denver's 90s and 2000s rock cover band, plays 7 to 8:30pm, and the free Stories in the Sky drone show follows immediately after — one of nearly 150 community drone shows lighting up Colorado through 2026 for the America 250 / Colorado 150 celebration.

Pack a picnic or buy dinner from a food truck; trucks start serving at 6pm with barbecue, hot dogs, Mexican, gelato, Italian ice and churros. Bring a blanket and spread out, or spend the night up front on the dance floor. Free to attend, food is for purchase. Park in the Town Center garage.

Worth knowing: best drone viewing is inside the park and in Town Center between Broadway and Dorchester. The Senior Center parking lot, the lots west of the building and the adjacent trail all close for the show. No glass and no dogs in the park, and no strollers or wagons on the grass.
