Each week, this FREE event begins with a 45-minute gentle yoga practice focusing on breath and nervous system regulation. After practice, stay for a tea tasting and learn about the herbs featured in that evening's blend while connecting with community. Bring a yoga mat. Led by Lourdes Wiley, RN, LMT, RYT.
