An evening with Pendleton at Provision, the downtown Castle Rock cocktail lounge, timed to coincide with the Douglas County Fair & Rodeo. Begin with a welcome Cowboy Collins, then settle in for a guided tasting of three Pendleton expressions: 1910 Bourbon 10 Year, 1910 Rye 12 Year, and Midnight. Upgrade pours of Director's Reserve 20 Year available for an additional price. $70 per person; reservations required.
