Castle Rock's Planning Commission holds a public hearing on two proposals: a Site Development Plan for 112 single-family homes on about 21 acres in Crystal Valley Ranch, near Crystal Valley Parkway and Snow Goose Road, and RidgeView Town Center, a proposed annexation and Planned Development zoning for about 10.54 acres at 895 N. Ridge Road allowing up to 54,000 square feet of commercial space with no residential.
