About This Event

The 15th Annual Castle Rock Bull Riding returns to the Douglas County Fairgrounds on Saturday, February 13, 2027, with two shows — 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Elite bull riding on a Maverick Tour stop: at the 2026 edition that meant 100+ bucking bulls, the Cowboy Protection Match between bullfighter teams, youth riders on mini bulls, trick and fancy riding, a mechanical bull, face painters, vendors, and food concessions — with doors opening early to learn how the bucking bulls are cared for and trained. Presented by title sponsor Wagner Rents and organized by Castle Rock Bull Riding (TZ Bucking Bulls). Tickets go on sale November 27, 2026; the 2026 edition ran $26 adults / $21 youth and military / free under 3, with free parking.
