Update (August 2026): Encanto Mexican Kitchen reopened August 6, 2026 under new management with a new menu and new hours, keeping the authentic Mexican flavors it's known for. Handmade corn tortillas, freshly made food.
Breakfast runs daily from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM — breakfast burritos ($6.25) with chorizo and egg, potato and egg, or sausage and egg, plus sides of rice and beans. Lunch and dinner run daily from 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM: tacos ($5, choice of campechano, chorizo, asada, pollo, or bistec), green chicken enchiladas verdes, corn and flour quesadillas, the torta especial, and chicken flautas.
