The Gathering Yard is a community food truck and vendor gathering spot at 11023 S. Pikes Peak Dr. in Parker, a short walk from Mainstreet. Its own description: food trucks, local vendors, small businesses and community events, and a place to grab a bite, shop and stay awhile, or take it to go.

It announced its soft opening on Oct. 1, 2026, and is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday while it builds its lineup. The trucks and vendors rotate, so check the event calendar or Instagram for who is serving before you go.

What To Expect:

    🚚 Rotating food trucks, plus local vendors and pop-ups
    👨‍👩‍👧 Family-friendly, no reservation needed; bring a chair or blanket
    🎃 Grand Opening + Fall Festival on Oct. 30, 5 to 8 PM

Important Information:

    – It sits behind the main building on the lot; follow the signs. Street parking or Parker’s public lots, then walk over.
    – Food trucks and vendors reserve a spot in advance. Vendors are free during the Sept. 21 to Oct. 21 trial period; after that the posted rate is $50 a day or $100 for a Friday-to-Sunday weekend.

The SuBourbon on Main is a whiskey bar and restaurant coming soon to downtown Parker (est. 2026), in the former Chamber of Commerce building at the corner of Mainstreet and Pikes Peak Drive. Exterior signage went up in late August 2026 — two SuBourbon Bar & Restaurant signs now face the Mainstreet/Pikes Peak corner.
