Salady opened in Parker on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at 9700 S Parker Rd, Suite 700 in the Parker Gateway Marketplace, next to Einstein Bros Bagels.

Salady is billed as South Korea's largest salad franchise, with more than 400 stores. It started in 2013 when two college students opened a small shop in a back alley of Seoul's Gangnam district, at a point when salad-as-a-meal was still a novel idea in Korea. Parker is one of only two Salady locations in the United States — the other is in Westminster, and the two are independently owned and not affiliated.

The menu is made-to-order and wider than "salad place" suggests: bowls come as salads, bibim grain bowls or soba noodle bowls (roughly $10 to $14.50) in Bacon, Roast Pork Belly, Barbecue Chicken, Bulgogi, Spicy Bulgogi, Galbi, Garlic Shrimp, Roast Chicken, Cobb, Macro and Roast Tofu, plus a build-your-own from $5.75. Beyond the bowls there are sandwiches and bibim grain wraps, mushroom and corn cream soups, a mini chicken bowl and a loaded egg salad. Several items are badged 25g+ or 30g+ protein, and the tofu bowls are marked vegan-friendly. To drink: smoothies (Mango Pineapple, Strawberry Banana, Tomato Mango, Double Chocolate Protein), hot or iced Alpine Berry and Black Assam tea, and canned and bottled Coca-Cola Zero Sugar, Spindrift in strawberry lemonade, pineapple and lemon, and Saratoga still and sparkling water.

The room is bright and compact — roughly 30 seats across four 4-tops, two 2-tops, a few lobby seats and a couple of spots at the bar counter.
