Mobility CO Wellness is a mobile, in-home chiropractic practice founded by Dr. Lance Baumgard, a Doctor of Chiropractic (Northwestern Health Sciences University, 2012) with certified dry needling and more than 12 years of experience. Originally from Littleton, Dr. Lance ran a family-focused clinic in the Twin Cities before returning to Colorado in 2025. He brings care directly to your home or office across Highlands Ranch, Sterling Ranch, Littleton, and the surrounding South Denver area.

Care is movement-first and results-driven: chiropractic adjustments (manual or instrument-assisted), dry and electro-needling, instrument-assisted soft-tissue work (IASTM), dry cupping, percussive therapy, and workplace wellness programs. He treats low-back and neck pain, headaches, sciatica, and shoulder, hip, and knee pain, along with sports injuries and general mobility limitations, tailoring each visit for busy professionals, active families, and athletes.

Pricing is transparent: a first "Explore 30" visit is $100 ($75 during the Founder's Special), ongoing "Renew 30" sessions are $95, and extended "Restore 60" visits are $130, with couples and family options plus add-ons available. HSA/FSA and credit/debit cards are accepted (fee-for-service; insurance is not billed directly), with discounts for healthcare workers, first responders, and teachers.
