Joy Batch Cookies & Coffee (formerly Quinnie's Cookies) is opening its new storefront at 9315 Dorchester St, Unit 109, in Highlands Ranch Town Center. Owner Sarah Carlson describes the shop as cookies, a coffee bar, and curated gifts.
Grand opening is Friday, Oct. 9, from 9am to 6pm. The Castle Pines Chamber of Commerce is also hosting a ribbon cutting at the storefront on Tuesday, Oct. 20, from 4 to 5pm.
