Buka Yoga Castle Rock

Buka Yoga is a locally owned yoga studio in downtown Castle Rock with two studio spaces right next door to each other: Bloom at 721 N Wilcox St and Shine at 723 N Wilcox St. Your class booking tells you which door to use. Owner Brooke Page-Thompson runs the studio, which says it has been Buka since 2019 and has more than 40 teachers, many of them graduates of its own teacher training.

The schedule is built around traditional hatha yoga, and every class ends with savasana. Regular classes include hatha, vinyasa, HOT, kundalini, meditation, restorative, yoga nidra, Energy Medicine Yoga, reiki and sound baths, plus senior yoga, prenatal yoga and mom-and-baby classes. Most classes aren't heated; heated classes are listed as such and run 85 to 88 degrees, and HOT classes run 102. Nearly every class is also streamed online. The studio also runs workshops, retreats and 200- and 300-hour yoga teacher trainings.

Classes are booked on Walla. New students get two weeks of unlimited yoga for $49, and every membership works at both Buka studios. Buka's Instagram says it accepts UnitedHealthcare Renew Active and Optimum.

Second studio: after merging with Denver's ONE Yoga, Buka opened a second studio in the Denver Tech Center at 8000 E Prentice Ave, Unit A-5, Greenwood Village, in August 2026. Its grand opening celebration, with free classes, is Saturday, Oct. 17, from 9:30am to 3:30pm. Read more about the expansion.
