AdventHealth ER and Urgent Care Crystal Valley

This facility is not open yet. AdventHealth broke ground in October 2025 and construction began the week of September 29, 2025. Completion is expected in fall 2026. AdventHealth has not announced an opening date, so treat fall 2026 as a target rather than a confirmed day.

AdventHealth ER and Urgent Care Crystal Valley is a 23,622-square-foot, two-storey facility going up at the corner of Crystal Valley Parkway and Plum Creek Boulevard on the south end of Castle Rock. It is an extension of AdventHealth Castle Rock, the hospital on Meadows Parkway, and not a second hospital.

The first floor holds emergency department services and walk-in urgent care together, which means one address whether it turns out to be an emergency or not. The second floor will hold primary care offices plus shelled space AdventHealth left unfinished so it can add services as the area grows. The facility is expected to bring more than 30 new jobs.

US Acute Care Solutions, the physician group staffing the emergency department, has published operational detail: the ER side is planned to run 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with physician coverage in 12-hour shifts twice a day, advanced imaging and laboratory services onsite, and a projected emergency department volume of about 6,000 visits a year.
