Tony’s Meats & Market is a family-owned butcher shop and gourmet market with three Front Range stores; the Castle Pines store is the one in Douglas County. From the company’s own history: “One day in 1978, while driving down Dry Creek Road, Tony saw a for-sale sign on what used to be a 7-Eleven on the corner of Dry Creek and Eudora and opened the very first Tony’s Meats and Market.” Tony’s wife Nancy helped grow it, son Daniel is CEO and son Chef Mick is the executive chef behind the deli and prepared foods. Of Castle Pines, Tony’s says the store “has the look and feel of a market in the mountains! Enjoy the spacious, open atmosphere, while shopping for a delicious array of gourmet treats.”
