Jack's Modern Steakhouse Is Now Open in Lone Tree
Jack's Modern Steakhouse, the acclaimed Denver steakhouse known for Australian Wagyu and dry-aged seafood, has opened its second location in Lone Tree near Park Meadows.

What Makes Jack's Different
This isn't your typical steakhouse. Jack's entire steak program is Australian Wagyu — there are no non-Wagyu options on the menu. The attention to sourcing and preparation is hard to miss.
What stands out:
- All Australian Wagyu steaks — no standard cuts, Wagyu only
- Dry-aged seafood program — fish aged 7 to 28 days, visible through glass
- Wet-aged steaks — roughly 60 to 90 days
- Wood-fired cooking — blend of oak and pecan
- Serious whiskey program — barrel-aged pours, smoked presentations
- Curated wine list — gets as much attention as the food
Jack's started on South Pearl Street in Denver and built a strong reputation before expanding to Lone Tree. This location was designed to be larger and more versatile.
The Space
The 5,700-square-foot restaurant replaces the former Mimi's Café near Park Meadows. It's laid out across two floors:
- First floor: Private events
- Second floor: Main dining room, bar, and lounge
