About the Role

As a Branch Manager, you'll play a critical role at the local market level, inspiring your team and providing exceptional service and advice to clients. You'll be responsible for driving branch revenue and expanding its client base through strategic sales initiatives and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and lead a team of financial professionals
• Increase branch revenue while expanding the client base
• Implement large scale sales strategies
• Manage performance and training of team members
• Conduct client presentations and interviews for potential employees
• Perform compliance and administrative tasks

Requirements

• Active and valid Series 7 license
• Active and valid Series 66 (63/65) license (may be obtained within 90 days)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of financial sales leadership experience
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Excellent communication skills
