About the Role

As a Client Banking Service Professional, you'll respond to client inquiries and provide personalized support. You’ll handle 40-60 inbound calls, educating clients about banking products and services.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound client calls and provide personalized support.
• Educate clients on banking products, online management, and bill pay.
• Identify client needs and help them make informed decisions.
• Manage multiple systems to deliver world-class solutions.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• On-site presence required for 75%-100% of scheduled hours.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to convey information clearly.
• Openness to feedback and commitment to client satisfaction.
