About the Role
As a Client Banking Service Professional, you'll respond to client inquiries and provide personalized support. You’ll handle 40-60 inbound calls, educating clients about banking products and services.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound client calls and provide personalized support.
- Educate clients on banking products, online management, and bill pay.
- Identify client needs and help them make informed decisions.
- Manage multiple systems to deliver world-class solutions.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- On-site presence required for 75%-100% of scheduled hours.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to convey information clearly.
- Openness to feedback and commitment to client satisfaction.
