Responsibilities

• Manage a regional portfolio of properties
• Build relationships with Retail branch leaders and staff
• Conduct regular on-site property inspections and create work orders
• Ensure compliance with branding requirements
• Manage vendor performance and contracts
• Travel 40% or more annually

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 8+ years of facilities management experience
• Strong knowledge of service agreements and maintenance services
• Expertise in architectural, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Knowledge of Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) requirements
• Ability to travel overnight up to 40% or more
