Senior Manager- Institutional Trading Relationship

About the Role

In this role, you'll serve as a trusted trading partner to institutional clients, executing block orders while delivering exceptional service. Your work will involve analyzing market conditions, managing complex orders, and educating clients on trading strategies.

Responsibilities

• Execute institutional block order flow using multiple execution strategies.
• Assess market conditions and apply macroeconomic knowledge to support trading decisions.
• Manage multiple complex orders while maintaining accuracy and urgency.
• Build trusted relationships by actively listening to clients and understanding their objectives.
• Educate clients on trading strategies and order handling considerations.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Requirements

• Active FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses
• Minimum of 10 years in Equity, ETF, and Options trading
• Expert knowledge of institutional trading and market structure
• Ability to articulate complex trading strategies to clients
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
