About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans. You will monitor patient conditions, collaborate with healthcare teams, and provide education to patients and families.

Responsibilities

  • Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans based on patient assessment.
  • Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
  • Evaluates learning needs of patient and provides patient/family education.
  • Effectively delegates patient care to ancillary personnel.
  • Requires critical thinking skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
  • State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • 6 months of nursing experience.
  • BLS certification must be valid before start date.
