About the Role
As a Registered Nurse Float Pool, your voice to influence patient care is valued. You'll help shape decisions that elevate both patient outcomes and the future of nursing.
Responsibilities
- Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process – assessment, care planning, implementation, and reassessment.
- Documents patient care administered.
- Promotes interdisciplinary communication and care.
- Demonstrates basic and unit specific competencies.
Requirements
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Registered Nurse license in the state of Colorado, or multistate license.
- Associate Degree, BSN desirable.
- Two or more years of RN experience in an acute setting.
