Registered Nurse Interventional Radiology PRN

About the Role

The Registered Nurse will advocate for patients and provide care throughout diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. You will prepare patients, verify vital signs, and administer medications while ensuring their safety and comfort during procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for procedures by checking vital signs and medical history.
• Insert and remove intravenous lines and administer conscious sedation drugs.
• Monitor patient vital signs during procedures.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the process.
• Provide post-procedure monitoring and observe for complications.

Requirements

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
• Current Colorado Registered Nurse License
• 2+ years of critical care experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certification
