Patient Care Tech - Rehab

About the Role

As a Patient Care Technician (PCT), you will assist with daily needs such as vital signs, mobility, and personal care. Your attention, empathy, and teamwork contribute to restoring comfort and dignity for every patient you serve.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with patient preparation, mobility, transfers, and comfort to support smooth care and recovery.
• Providing non-medicated care such as dressing changes and skin protection.
• Keeping patient areas clean, organized, and stocked for safety and efficiency.
• Managing supplies, equipment, and logs to support infection control and team readiness.
• Communicating kindly with patients, families, and the care team.

Requirements

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• CNA Certified Nursing Assistant.
• High School Graduate / GED.
