Medical Office Specialist at Rose Location

About the Role

This position involves flexing between Skyridge and Rose locations with a goal of full-time placement at Rose by 2027. You'll contribute to the operations of HCA HealthONE Colorado Gynecologic Oncology Specialists.

Responsibilities

• Work at the reception desk, answer phones, greet and communicate with patients and providers.
• Schedule, cancel, and reschedule patient appointments.
• Check in patients and properly document registration.
• Verify insurance and patient demographics.
• File and retrieve medical records/files.
• Collect co-pays and cash from patients.

Requirements

• Less than one year of experience is required.
• One to three years of experience is preferred.
• Must read, understand, and adhere to all Physician Services policies and procedures.
